Our Mission
Angels of OMBAC is proud to provide financial support for amateur, youth, and adaptive sports programs throughout San Diego County. By partnering with the Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC)—which contributes planning, volunteer power, and equipment—we help bring inclusive, community-driven athletic events to life.
What We Support
From beach fields to international arenas, we invest in a diverse mix of sports that promote teamwork, accessibility, and active living. Some of the programs we help fund include:
- Junior Over-the-Line – A fast-paced beach sport tailored for youth athletes
- Wheelchair Over-the-Line – A dynamic adaptation for athletes with mobility challenges
- International Amateur Rugby
- Wheelchair Basketball
- Quad Rugby – High-intensity wheelchair rugby for athletes with quadriplegia
Why It Matters
At Angels of OMBAC, we believe sports should be inclusive, empowering, and available to everyone. Whether it’s young players building confidence or adaptive athletes competing at a high level, our goal is to make sure they have the resources they need to thrive.
What We Do
Angels of OMBAC shares it’s philosophy with OMBAC, which supports over 90 charities and athletic teams. Our commitment is strong, but we can’t continue alone.
